Caron Roberge, Family Lawyers

ABOUT US

Caron Roberge was founded by the association of Me Isabelle Caron and Me Justin Roberge, both outstanding jurists. Sharing a common passion, they decided to join their respective legal practices in 2004 establishing a practice oriented exclusively in family law.

Caron Roberge was forged on a shared vision to evolve their practice of family law by ensuring an exceptional level of professionalism. Our team is focus, professional, understanding, efficient and has set its mission to meet your needs.

Our firm is strongly dedicated to being fully transparent. We provide advices tailored to everyone’s unique legal requirements by taking into account the different financial impacts that may arise. Our team is sensitive to the different challenges and different ordeals, often emotionally charged, that separation or divorce can entail. Thus, we offer comprehensive listening from start to finish throughout our mandate. We are present to offer guidance and assist you with all important decisions you will be called upon to make and will ensure that you understand every step of the judicial process.

Our firm focuses on family litigation, whether it concerns child custody, spousal and/or child support, separation from bed and board or divorce, or separation of de facto common-law spouses and the sharing of their patrimonial rights. We also argue legal issues with an international component.

Me Roberge has experience dealing with international issues relating to family law, as well as constitutional ones.
